The Image for a Facial prostheses Manufacturer

Such an unusual work for "Noisy Brains" advertising agency (Moscow). There was this stock image (left) they bought for this project. Noisy Brains then asked me to paint over the silicone liquid pouring onto this skull from above and becoming artifical nose and ear, such an idea for the advertising company of the manufacturer of facial and other prostheses.
